To place an order on Syracusemicrogreens.com, simply go to the Shop page and select the microgreens you want to purchase. Add the items to your cart, and follow the checkout process to complete your order.
We accept Paypal and Venmo (you should be able to use credit cards as well through those services) or cash on delivery. We currently don’t accept checks at this time unless they are given ahead of time for large orders (a large order is any order over $200).
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed, depending on if we are stocked, it typically takes 2-3 business days for your microgreens to arrive. If we aren’t stocked with the product, it will typically take 1-2 weeks to grow fresh and then 2-3 business days for your microgreens to arrive in this case.
The delivery fee for your order will depend on your location and the size of your order. You will be able to see the delivery fee during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate any modifications or cancellations to your order. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Yes, all of our microgreens are grown using organic and non-GMO seeds, and we use only the best quality nutrients to ensure that our microgreens are as healthy and delicious as possible.
